Organisational Structure

The General Secretariat of the Executive Council consists of two sectors, namely: the Executive Council and General Secretariat Affairs Sector, and the Strategy Management and Governance Sector, as well as a number of important organisational units. The first sector is comprised of two departments: the Corporate Services Department and Government Communication Department, and the Corporate Planning and Development Office.

The Strategy Management and Governance Sector consists of Policy and Strategy - Socioeconomic Development Department, Policy and Strategy - Sustainable Development, Department of Policies & Programs for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in addition to the Strategic Development Team.  

Dubai Government Excellence Program and Dubai’ the Model Centre are also part of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai, in addition to four offices, namely: the Secretary General’s Office, Legal Affairs Office, Corporate Performance Management Office and Internal Audit Office; all of these offices report to the Secretary General.
