The Education 33 (E33) strategy announced by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, is a transformative vision for education in Dubai.

E33 signifies a shift in Dubai’s education ecosystem from a traditional, institution-centric model to one that is learner-centric, adapting to every individual’s needs and aspirations. From early learning, through to higher education and beyond, the E33 strategy will ensure learners are well equipped with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed at every stage of their life, and be impactful members of Dubai’s future.
